• Your reservation will be confirmed after a deposit of 50% is received. You will be sent an electronic invoice with the account number and the international bank codes that you will require.
• The rest of the payment is to be settled a week before arrival. You will be sent an electronic invoice with the account number and the international bank codes that you will require.
• In case anything goes missing from the house during your stay, it will also be charged.
• Please consult with us your check in and check out time. Generally check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m.
Cancellation Policy
As there is only one chambres d'hôtes, no-shows have a big impact on the business. Therefore, should your plans change unexpectedly, a cancellation fee applies. This means:
• If you cancel 3 weeks or more before arrival date, 50% of your deposit is refunded.
• If you cancel 2 to 3 weeks before arrival date, 20% of your deposit is refunded.
• If you cancel within 2 weeks before arrival, nothing is refunded.
Please make sure that you receive our confirmation, that we have received your cancellation in good order and your reservation is indeed cancelled.
