St. Christoly de Médoc

Our area in the Médoc is really unspoiled. Driving through the vineyards offers you breathtaking views. In the old days St. Christoly de Médoc was a main port for transport of wine over the Gironde river. Nowadays it consists of ± 300 houses. The Flying Pancake Médoc is located in the middle of this village.

In the village itself are some basic facilities, all the other things you might need can be found in Lesparre, a small town only a 15 minutes drive away.
Over here the lunch is the most important meal of the day. And lunch means gastronomy. An inseparable partner of gastronomy is wine, which can be found all around! Don't forget to take a wine tasting tour at the numerous chateaux.
Next to enjoying the direct surroundings and the beautiful beaches, there a lot of daytrips you can think of: discover Lacanau, Hourtin, Bordeaux, or even San Sebastian (Spain)
